  2. Oct 11,  · But it seems professionally made. The sound quality is excellent. The CD face is a purple tinted group photo. Beautiful8 page insert with band history. This booklet shows tracks published by Chevis MusicBMI and tracks to North Star Publishing BMI. Although I thought there was only one Baroques record, perhaps this also includes the /5(3).

  3. Nowhere is this more clearly shown than on `Tangerine Sunset,' a 12 plus minute (the CD says ) recording that includes a lame drum solo ala `In-a-gadda-da-vida.' In the end, Purple Day is another interesting example of a band that -after failing commercially - sought to 3/5(8).

  7. Sunflowers and At The Garden Gate, both from February , are more in a progressive vein with lots of extended instrumentation. Still, quite interesting though.
